Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for their project. Capece Web Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Third-party themes, plugins, stock photos, or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.
Websites built by Capece Web Studio may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or software platforms. Capece Web Studio is not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing changes, or terms of service of any third-party provider.
Capece Web Studio's liability for any project or service is limited to the amount paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any website we build or service we provide.
